Halo franchise director Frank O'Connor opened Eurogamer Expo with a demo of Halo 4, Master Chief's triumphant return to the Xbox 360. We caught up with Frank after to talk about Cortana losing her mind, Grunts getting new voices, and 343's approach to multiplayer.
