Let's Play Minecraft: Christmas Challenge Special

Outside Xbox decks the halls and trims the tree in this Minecraft Christmas Special, in which we build a giant Santa, snowman (snowcreeper?) and festive fir. There's also a bit of skating and snowball fighting, to complete the seasonal caper.

Personally, I've learned that although a Minecraft Christmas tree is superior to the real thing in every way (no lights to untangle, needles on the carpet), the Minecraft equivalent of tinsel is imperfect and sticky. Please cast your vote for the speedbuild challenge winner in the comments.

As if the festive season wasn't reason enough to celebrate, the XBLA edition of Minecraft is closing in on a record-busting 4.5 million sales and support for texture packs is on the way. Huzzah! Merry Christmas!
