Coming 'when it's ready'

Get your eyes all over the cinematic teaser trailer for Cyberpunk 2077, the upcoming sci-fi RPG from CD Projekt Red. In this first trailer, a post-rampage lady cyborg is being brought down by the police of Night City.

CD Projekt Red describes her as a potential recruit for Psycho Squad: a SWAT-like crew which fights humans whose cybernetic implants have turned them into killing machines. Look for hovering cop cars lifted straight out of Blade Runner amidst the whiz-bang CGI. The trailer soundtrack is the song Bullets by Archive.

The release date is likely far off - "when it's ready," in the words of the developer. Platforms? Unconfirmed, though PC is a given for the PC-centric developer, maker of The Witcher and The Witcher 2. We do hope some fabled future Xbox gets a look in, as did the Xbox 360 with The Witcher 2.
