7 Arm Upgrades So Superior to Regular Human Arms It's Embarrassing

Armed and dangerous

The human arm is an obsolete appendage, poorly equipped for today's modern world. Proof? Look at these seven arm upgrades so superior to boring human arms it's embarrassing.

In Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, Big Boss can fire off his red robot arm like a rocket and punch guards from a mile away. Barret from Final Fantasy 7 can use his gun arm to designate targets for an orbital laser barrage. Borderlands 2 mechromancer Gaige can summon a murderous robot companion with her cybernetic limb. The augmented nano-ceramic arms on Adam Jensen of Deus Ex: Human Revolution fame can hurl a refrigerator like it's nobody's business.

Meanwhile, our unmodified noodle arms struggle with a single chin-up. Who do we talk to about an upgrade?

For more of Adam Jensen's powers above and beyond fridge-hurling, get a load of the new augments he'll be getting in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
