Let's Play Red Dead Redemption: Marston Monday Becomes an Undead Nightmare

Django unbrained

It's Halloweek, so we're taking a break from our regularly scheduled Marston Mondays to bring you a spooky special in which we play Undead Nightmare, Red Dead Redemption's standalone zombie spinoff. Expect family strife, sasquatches and hordes of the ravenous undead in this Undead Nightmare gameplay.

On discovering I lost my Red Dead Redemption saves, we resolved to reclaim my 100 percent complete status by replaying my favourite game of the last generation - whetting our appetite for Red Dead Redemption 2, which is coming out in Spring 2018, into the bargain.

Although Undead Nightmare is a standalone "what if?" story, not connected to the main game in any way, it's plenty of fun, adding cryptids for you to hunt, horses of the apocalypse for you to tame, and many, many zombies for you to deadeye.

We also get to see unflappable John Marston react to the zombie hordes in the way you'd expect; by getting a bit annoyed at them. Never change, John.
